Originally called "You Name It IPA" but now named. A new IPA! Truly delicious. Light in color and bitter yet refreshing! Try it...

Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Slightly hazed golden amber pour. 2 fingers of fluffy white head... great retention and sticky lacing.

S: Light citrus... almost a bit of yeast/phenols. Mild banana in the background.

T/F: Follows the nose. Light toasted grains... sweet... citrusy hops with mild resin. Picking up some yeast character as well... almost tastes like a Belgian IPA. Definite banana and mild spice. Bitterness to balance. Medium to light bodied... oily on the tongue.

O: A pretty delicious IPA, and again... puts me more in mind of a Belgian IPA. One of the best I've had from Elk Creek... a local brewery I've been hard on in the past.

Traditional optics. The beer has lots of ripe melon and banana on both the nose and the tongue. Fruity but in an earthy sense. Maybe a little dry pear and mango as well. Solid IPA.
