Copenhagen 22/4 2026. 33 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Can looks like the usual design one from the Æø brand but in a colorless version. Like a painting book for children where they can fill out the colors.
Pours opaque unclear mahogany with a small off-white head. Stable. Settles as a thin pat h of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong sweet and malty odor mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Sweet caramel and toffee. Toast and biscuits. Tart citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily soft, yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more subdued bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a while. Finish is sweet biscuits.
Civilized and a bit sweet.
