Ærø Færgeøl is full-bodied, soft and round in taste, with a hint of caramel and a good aromatic hops. This beer is made in collaboration with the Ærø ferries.

Copenhagen 25/6 2017. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Blue label in the usual Rise Brewery style. Little Ferry salinitet on to signify that the beer is made in collaboration with the Ærø-ferries.
Pours clear amber with bubbly white head. Moderate lacing. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam.
Aroma is sweet. Caramel with a hint of brown sugar and slightly metallic. Not particularly strong.
Soft carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is fairly sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter.
