Cloudy amber/orange color. Huge, lingering, yellowish head. Tropical fruits, caramel, and honey in aroma. Taste begins with some honey sweetness, which changes into sharp, hoppy bitterness at the end. Full body, rather low carbonation. Good sipper.

A 330ml bottle with no visible BB date. Acquired a while back from a webshop. Named for the somewhat rural location of the brewery.
A: Poured into a tulip. Bottle conditioned. A rich orange-amber hue with intense carbonation and slight floating sediment. Produces a huge head of creamy white foam with good retention; this slowly subsides to a thick surface layer. Some lacing.
S: Aroma of zealously resinous hops with hints of pine, weed, citrus, peel, leafiness, caramel malt and ale yeast. Super hoppy and very nice.
T: Tastes of seriously pine-laden hops with notes of pine resin, dank weed, grapefruit, citrus peel, mild tropical fruit, leafiness, caramel malt and ale yeast. Slightly sweet, accompanied by a powerful hop-driven bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth and tingly, with spritzy carbonation and good body. Somewhat astringent; hop oils stimulate the palate. Aftertaste of bitter aromatic hops, pine resin, weed, citrus peel, caramel malt and ale yeast.
O: Excellent - a tasty, hoppy brew. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are stuffed with resinous hops backed up by caramel malt and yeast. Nice body. Hoppy enough to be more of an IPA than an APA, but that's on the brewer. Goes down a treat - if you love hops then don't pass this up.
