Blond in color, slightly opalescent, with white foam, quite compact and creamy.
The smell is refreshing, delicate, soft and focuses on spicy. You easily feel camomile, an intense citrus, slightly floral, but the cardamom too.
On the palate it becomes more marked the bitter (root can also be detected), but always on a citrus base (including elder), lightly honeyed and fruity (apricot and in the background something tropical like).
A good beer, refreshing and dangerously drinkable (even in the aftertaste you can feel the elder, the root and flower), even if it should be too overbalance on the spicy, leaving a "biting effect" that in the long run can give a little boredom.
