Draft at springhouses taproom. The brew appears a clouded golden color with a frothy white head. A full wall of lace coats the glass and displays decent retention.
The smell is somewhat like perfume before blending to a fresh wheat sweetness reminescent somewhat of cereal.
The taste is sweet, floral and perfume-like as the nose indicates. Overall not a bad tasting fruited wheat beer.
This is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Its an alright take on the style and something I could see being downed during the summer heat.
