750ml corked and caged bottle. This is the 3rd bottle released in the skull membership for 2017/18. It appears black in color with a khaki head that fades rapidly leaving no lace.
The nose is dominated by cinnamon and maple with a little wood, chocolate and vegetative peppery character.
The taste is woody with cinnamon and spice. It has a roasty chocolate and earthen aspect and a peppery spice finish.
This is medium in body with light carbonation. It is boozy with a whole buncha spice but not nearly as boozy as the last couple skull bottles have been which makes this one a little easier drinking.
