L: Had this beer on-tap at Bräuburgers, poured into a pint glass. Had a bright yellow color and a hazy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A pretty good, but not great, aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, and honey.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of malt (present throughout), light honey notes, a good shot of hops (not as much as expected), a bit of citrus fruit (lemon) and some oats as well. This flavor gets better as you go along, but it is a little flawed. It needs a boost in the citrus category, as well as the hops. The inclusion of honey works, though.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a slightly dry finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is an uneven beer, but it has its likable qualities. Worth a look.
