Enjoyed at the brewpub.
A: Gold with short cap of off white head with some decent lacing despite the short head.
S: Good balance of bready pils and Munich malt with lighter spicy noble hop note
T: Flavor is solid for the style, and I like the lower ABV version for drinkability. Similar balance of pils and Munich bready maltiness - it avoids the cloying nature that Munich malt can have but you still know it’s in there. Noble hops spiciness is complementary. Clean and free of esters or alcohol character.
M: Highly drinkable at 6,7% ABV with medium body, high carbonation, and lightly dry finish.
O: I was very pleased with Procrastinator Junebock - highly drinkable but characterful lager.

South Street Brewery "Procrastinator Junebock"
on tap at the brewery, 19 June 2015
From the menu: "PROCRASTINATOR JUNEBOCK: Strong Lager. Malt-forward body, caramelized/bready malt flavors and aroma. Pale copper color. Vienna, Munich i, wheat, and Melanoidin malts. Southern Cross, German Tradition and Hallertauer hops. Augustiner lager yeast. 6.8% alc/vol. 25 IBUs. $4.50 16oz."
Notes: Clear deep copper, white head. Slightly better than average head retention and lacing. Malty with crusty bread and a bit of Vienna malt "fruitiness". Floral and mildly grassy/spicy hops. Well balanced. The name "procrastinator" made me think it might be a doppelbock but it's not. Pleasant.
