On tap at South Street Brewery. Served in a traditional American pint glass.
Appearance: A crystal clear pale gold, with a fast fading white bubbly head. Very fast carbonation, but sparse. Not bad.
Aroma: Citrusy hops, crisp, freshly-mown lawn, pale dry sweetness. A little more complex than I was expecting, but still nothing out of this world.
Taste: Dry, biscuity malts, faint hop bitterness, a little bit of grass and faint orange zest. Fairly well balanced, crisp, no detectable alcohol. Completely inoffensive, but nothing special again.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, big and bubbly, uneven, pretty crisp, thin.
Drinkability: A great lawnmower beer, surely, with an entirely manageable abv% and a load of nice, inoffensive, palatable flavors. It's just not too terribly interesting.
