Serve on-tap with nitrogen into a clear pint glass.
A: Creamy-looking beige 1-2-finger head tops a deep brown brew with solid retention and a good collection of scattered lace.
S: Mild aromas of black coffee, dark chocolate, and abundant roasted dark malts meet very light herbal hops
T: The flavor is light and varied with initially a strong dark malt component followed by coffee and chocolate. Unfortunately, the nitro doesn't really help the flavor as the tight bubbles cause the flavor to dissipate quickly. Herbal hops finish.
M: Too light and the nitro-pour hurts rather than helps the feel as the creaminess is nice, but the overcarbonation is thins the bodya nd flavor too much.
D: Drinkable but too light and not able to support the big coffee and chocolate flavors. Good but not great.

A - Picth black dark goodness with a perfect 2 finger tan head. Looks sooo good.
S - smells of chocolate, esspresso, cream, and roadted malt.
T - You guessed it! it tastes like chocolate esspresso and roadted malt! but oh so good. It's very balanced. a slight hop presence balances out the BIG malt backbone.
M - smooth, creamy, full bodied. wonderful.
D - very tasty. very fulfilling. very satisfying. Very good.
