A complex malt base, and natural extract we make in-house from fresh Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla. Fairly low in bitterness, this is a beer that can be used with desserts or by itself. Enjoy!

November 2017: Shared 330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Dark brown colour, moderate beige head. Nice aroma of vanilla, caramel and chocolate. Smooth and pleasant malty flavour, again with distinct notes of vanilla, also chocolate and caramel. Very moderate hops.
