Schongauer wheat beer is a typical, yeasty wheat beer. The top-fermented fermentation with the use of only the best raw materials produces an excellent banana aroma. This is characteristic of Bavarian wheat beers. The alcohol content is approx. 5.5% - the beer is tangy as it contains more CO2 due to the fermentation process.
