Beautiful orange color, slightly hazy. Dirty white head, cappuccino-like, two fingers.
At the smell a light maltiness, pleasant. Biscuit. Märzen.
The taste is absolutely peculiar. Artisanal. Almost chewy. Again malt and biscuit. And then something raw, cereals.
In the back a honey sweetness, almost orange honey. Very few hop, but ok.
In the aftertaste again malt and honey, but not cloying, balanced by the biscuit -cereals effect.
Peculiar beer, but definitely pleasant.
