Veiled straw colored yellow. A beautiful lacey, creamy white head.
Malty smell, honey, just a light hop note. Maybe a little sweet, with an acacia honey start.
Again honey in the taste, but mitigated by a good matiness, and ceral note. Raw, yeast.
As for the other brews of this braugasthaus, peculiar. Artisanal, raw. In the positive way.
Again honey and malt in the aftertaste.
