Straw yellow, greenish, veiled. Decent white head, not exceptional.
The smell is banana, a light cloves, and some yeast, quite classic.
After some while, it comes out a "compact" note, something remembering cheese cake, or panna cotta.
The taste is mellow, full, chewy. Here again the cheese cake / panna cotta thing.
Not so standard, but still interesting, and unusual.
Cheese cake note becomes stronger if you wait. It becomes more different from a classic weizen.
