Honey color, orange/golden. Only lightly veiled. White head, not too much.
In the smell a light maltiness, wheat, a touch of banana, but overall, apricot. Light notes of almond, and maybe in the back a hint of lactic.
In the taste again light fruitiness, with apricot, yeast, orange flowers. Quite delicate.
Average body, good mouthfeel.
Fruit and flowers in the aftertaste, too.
Very interesting, good and a personal interpretation of a weizenbock.
