This Hefe poured a pale, somewhat cloudy gold. The head was gone very fast. The taste was of slightly tart wheat but nothing in the way of bananas or cloves found here. The mouthfeel was still pretty good, light but with a bit of body due to the wheat. This beer could use a little something to make it more interestering, because as of now it was a pretty boring offering.
