Served via nitro tap, the brew appears a clear copper color with rich creamy froth and cascading bubbles. Perfect retention and lace as only nitro can deliver.
This smells herbal, grassy and with some vegetative components coming across somewhat like melons.
The taste is toadty bready malt, grassy to herbal hops and a bit of cantaloupe and leafy greens that im not thrilled about.
This is light in body with modest carbonation. Its ok but a little more vegetal than I enjoy in my ipas.
