A-Deep copper with a light tan head that held on strong and left decent lace.
S-Dry, oaky, astringent. Reminded me very much of an English dark mild. Slight hint of malty, bready sweetness in the finish.
T-Dry, rich roasted malt with a strong hint of oak. Very flavourful for such a "light" beer. Lots of tannic notes with a nice tea like bitterness.
M-Medium-light body and quite creamy with a long lasting bitter astringency.
D-A cask lovers dream. Very much like a dark mild...like I previously stated. A tasty, creamy, dry, full flavoured beverage!
