This was a fun collaboration we did with the people from the High Five Co-op Brewery.
Scotch ale/wee heavy that was aged on scotch soaked spanish cedar blocks from Montecristo cigar boxes.
This beer has a nice caramel malt body with a nice cedar finish that gives some nice wood tones with a hint of cherry and vanilla.
High class folks usually like cigars and scotch, and High Five Co-op and Hopcat brewers are high class gentlemen, so we thought the name would fit nicely.
