From tasting notes 10/05/17, had on-tap at HopCat in Grand Rapids, MI
Appearance - Served up in a nonic pint, hazy and straw yellow in color with a thin, broken layer of suds floating atop.
Smell - Aroma hits hard on passionfruit and mango. Hints of tangerine. Maybe even a vague trace of pineapple in there.
Taste - Follows the nose. Lots of pasisonfruit with lesser mango upfront and throughout. Some bitey pineapple acidity. Hints of orange pith add a slightly bitter edge to the finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with slightly bitey carbonation. Finish has a bit of a chalky texture.
Overall - A pretty damn good NE-Style IPA. It does tend to get a bit sweet at times, but not to the point where it's cloying.
