L. Pours hazy amber, but it's dark in here, so not positive.
S. Big floral hop with some citrus. A bit of malt sweetness.
T. Still lots of floral and citrus, but more caramel comes through too.
M. Sticky, but then actually finishes pretty cleanly. Lingers pleasantly.
O. Big IPA, more like a double. Complex but still balanced.

Very nice in-house brew consumed on tap at HopCat. Amber color with a little head that dissipated quickly, spotty lingering lacing. Not too hazy at all. Smells faintly of floral hops, tastes of floral and citrus zest hops, grain and some nice malt backbone. Smooth aftertaste without much bitterness, nice mild mouthfeel. Alcohol taste is well hidden. Quite juicy and refreshing.

Short Review. I had this on tap at Hopcat. This is a pretty nice IPA, but I'm not sure I would call it an American style IPA. The appearance is nice, it had some nice head and the color was a little darker for the style. The aroma was nice and balanced, earthy, fruity and slightly floral hops with some balanced malts and some yeast that English Ale yeast like flavor to it. The mouthfeel is nice, it was smooth and not overly bitter. Overall I liked this beer, but to me it was more like an English Style IPA.
