Drank one when sum friends and i went to the 9.79 GRD beerfest and asked for good food and better beer...hopcats a plus all the way around

The bigger brother to the Hoppotomaus, this double IPA doesn’t come off as big or as intimidating as I’d expect. A shade darker than the Hoppotomaus, like tanned straw. It’s hoppy, floral, more citrusy. I pick up a squeezed grapefruit and a tongue-scraping bitter finish. There’s a spineless malt and no chew. Not very complex.
