Live review. Purchased this 750 ml bottle at a cool beer store in Mantua, Italy on or about 6 19 09. I paid 8 Euros or about $12 USD for this bottle. Poured into my clean, clear Samuel Smith pint glass.

A Somewhat of a gusher, pouring this beer vigorously gets you 6 inches of head that at first threatened A nice opaque blonde ale with visible carbonation rising up. Light gets through but I cannot see items behind the pint glass. Nearer the bottom of the bottle (the second pint) revealed a darker body ....a little more brown.... with visible sediment floating around. All of this makes for a very mature 4.5

S Nice gentle blonde with some spices which I cannot identify but I will make a few guesses...some chamomile and some pepper. 4.0

T Very much in line with the other Lurisia beers in that there is a unique spice taste and a bitterness that is difficult for me to describe. It is not a hop bitterness but a barley malt bitterness. A good, light blonde with an interesting spice profile. 4.0

M Quattro has a light feel, with just a little of those spices to beef it up. 4.0

D Really good, especially with the low ABV. 4.0

Notes: A nice solid ale that reminds me of a light blond. I did not have access to BA site to check on the style before reviewing this beer. This could easily be a session beer if I could find it around here.

This is a unique beer...a low alcohol, spritzy ale, light in mouthfeel and color with an interesting flavor, and brewed with rose petals. The beer is intended to be a springtime drink. I had this one from a 750 ml bottle during the first days of May.
The beer pours a pale yellow color with a pinkish tint. Respectable, but unremarkable white head. The beer also has lots of yeast sediment in suspension (luckily, they're large chunks that quickly flocculate). The beer has a light malt aroma, balanced with a graininess and a touch of rose. There's no hop aroma, and just a little fruit (pineapple?). The beer is moderately sweet in the front, but dried out by the midtaste. High carbonation. Bottle conditioned. Despite the yeast in the brew, it contributes little to the flavor profile. Interesting beer.
