Bottle: Poured a clear light amber color ale with a super large pure white frothy head with great retention and some excellent lacing. Aroma of floral notes with loads of honey. Taste is also dominated by floral notes with distinctive honey without being overly sweet. Body is quite light with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Honey taste is probably a tad too much for me but interesting mix nonetheless.

A: Hazy golden orange with a big off-white head. Some lacings.
S: The smell is wheaty and kind of sharp with notes of white bread, spices and gentle honey notes. Nothing spectacular, but quite enjoyable.
T: The taste is rather sweet with a prominent somewhat tangy wheaty character. Notes of bread, spices, yeast and honey. A mild tart note in the middle. The finish is dry with notes of fruit and honey. You can detect the alcohol, but considering that this one weighs in at 9%, it very well hidden.
M: Medium to moderate body, quite a lot of carbonation.
D: A decent beer. Thankfully, the honey notes are well integrated and not too overpowering. Quite refreshing.
NOTE: I wasn't sure how to categorize the style of this one. It is brewed with honey and honeydew, and I would guess it contains unmalted wheat.
