Slightly hazy pale golden body with an average, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing.
Moderate malty (bread) and light-to-moderate hoppy (citrus) aroma with notes of spices.
Light-to-moderate bitter and sweet flavour; notes of bread are quite important; average-lasting balanced finish where bread is even more evident.
Light-to-medium body with watery texture; average carbonation.
I was quite doubtful about using bread for brewing, yet the result is quite satisfactory.
