750 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. Deep orange to amber colour, large off-white head. Strong aroma of American hops, notes of orange marmalade and pine / resin. The mouthfeel is full / rich and smooth at the same time. Hoppy flavour too (pine and fruit), but very nicely balanced by smooth and medium sweet malts. I really liked this one.

750ml purchased at Open Baladin Roma in Rome, Italy.
Pours a cloudy copper color with dark golden orange edges and a two finger, frothy off-white head. Great retention only slowly fading into a thick, lasting ring. Chunks of soapy lacing left behind.
Slightly earthy aroma with grassy, floral hops, subtle citrus and sweet malt. Some pine and grass along with faint grapefruit before the strong malt presence comes in with caramel, toffee and biscuit.
Medium bodied with soft carbonation and a balance of dry, earthy hops, sweet malt and boozy heat. Dry bitterness up front with some grassy pine followed by caramel, toffee, nut and biscuit. Boozy heat toward the finish which is pretty dry. Too malt forward and boozy for my liking. Also needs more complex hop flavor. Maybe some sweetness.
