On-tap at Prime 16. This is Nora aged in Zinfandel barrels. Reviewed from notes.

A: Hazy orange body under a finger of frothy off-white head. Ok retention very light lace. All right.

S: Fruity, spicy, and sour. Lemon, orange, and tropical fruits up front, followed by herbal spiciness and a solid lactic kick. Very nice.

T: Follows the nose, with extra emphasis on the lactic sourness throughout. really tart, mildly spicy, and only moderately oaky. A bit of vinous fruit attests to the barrel, but this is all about the sourness. I love it.

M: Lively medium body. Very nice.

O: Great beer; the souring went over beautifully. My only complaint is that I would have liked a bit more wine and oak to come through.
