This beer is brewed in collaboration with the academic brewing club "SherBroue" from the University of Sherbrooke (Qc)-> www.sherbroue.ca
20 oz glass directly at microbrasserie Siboire of Sherbrooke
A - Pours a beautiful clear amber/orange colour with a nice head, good foam adhesion
S - Smell of fresh & citrus hops (dry-hopping), comes after a perfect mix of fruits, yeast and sweet malts aroma
T - Starting with a sweet taste of fruits, finishing with a dry and hoppy, earthy taste
MF - Long in mouth, carbonated very nicely, medium body, dry finish
D - Very drinkable, really liked it, recommand it to everyones who like the APA style
