Tap at the brewpub: Poured a dark golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK carbonation. Aroma of light cereal notes with light dry notes is OK. Taste is a nice mix of light dry bitter notes with some clean cereal notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK interpretation fot he style but doesn’t really stands out.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. A decent drinking beer. A bit of bitterness but also unfortunatley some dishwater taste in this one. Light golden colour, with a touch of white head, it is lacey and fresh. The odd taste is not apparent in the aroma. Not too bitter.

20 oz on-tap glass directly at Siboire brewery in Sherbrooke
A - Hazy dark golden pour topped by a small lacy off-white head, an EPA with no watery edges
S - Aroma is citrus, floral & sweet caramel malt, bit of alcohol here
T - The flavor dials up a good bitterness from hops, yeast with more floral and citrus, some pine, and an understated caramel backbone
MF - Medium-full bodied, very good carbonation
D - A fun mouthful of easy-drinking cereals, love it each time
