20 oz glass on-tap directly at Siboire brewery
A- Dark as night, latte coffee head, great lacing on the glass, good retention
S- Espresso, chocolate alcohol sweetness, not an overpowering nose, but very pleasing
T- Taste has everything that the nose has, very complex and layered, hides ABV well
M- Very moutfilling, smooth finishing, nicely carbonated and creamy
D- Overall well balanced beer, always a good hit at the brewery when she gets on-tap, very drinkable for this style of beer
