Batch #33 with Simcoe and Citra. 6.8% ABV. 130 IBU.
On-tap at the pub. Poured into a 14oz tulip glass.
A - Cloudy, deep orange color with snow-white head. Great lazing left on the glass.
S - Very fruity noze. Citrus dominates along with tropical fruits and pineapple.
T - Massive hops. Loads of citrus upfront (fresh grapefruit) with subtle malty character. Piney notes in the middle of the mouth to finish slightly peppery and spicy from the alcohol.
M - Medium to full body. Very smooth carbonation. Assertive bitterness. Finishes with notes of alcohol giving a warming and spicy feeling.
O - An excellent American IPA. Juicy, fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed the hop profile and its spicy character.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Sheets of lace, a white head on an orange tintedbody with lots of lace left. Hoppy aromas from Golding Carbonation right there. Decent IPA but would like a more agreeable mouthfeel. some orange taste.A different hop isused in different batches. The Williamet batch had an IBU of 70.
