Okay, this place has its plus and minuses. First off, this is set beautifully on the edge of town, so you get an out in the country feel. The restaurant is very nicely tidy and clean. They have a huge outdoor biergarten, but the inside is a little small. Anyhow, the setting and locale are perfect.
The service was descent. The waitress was easy to get a hold of (wie deutsche art). I don't think she spoke English, but das war egul.
The selection is typical of a German brewpub. They have the standard Hell, Dunkel, Hefe Weizen, but they do offer a keller bier too, or so I think.
The menu was very limited. They didn't really have variety and was limited.
Overall, this is a good place to visit after going to the Hopfenmuseum. If you're traveling to Nuremberg to Munich, I suggest you stop here in Wolnzach to partake in this establishment.
