Served on tap. Served in pint glass which is dark as can be, pretty much black. There was a very nice creamy off-white head, almost looked as if it were on nitro-tap. Smell was good as well, strong presence of coffee and burnt grain. Taste was good, but not amazing. Some coffee, some chocolate, some toasted grain but everything seemed slightly muted. Mouthfeel was very light and a little watery for me. It was smooth going down but I think if this moutfeel were a little fuller this would change the whole beer. Overall a good beer but not memorable. Next time I'm in town I'll be curious to see the "growth" of this beer as the brewery is still very new.
