This beer starts okay, with nice looks (dark brown colour, good head of foam) and a decent smell (chocolate, malt, roasted coffee, dark fruits, you know, the works). Porblem is its taste however: its sourness blocks all other flavours. Did i let it get skunked? The mouth feel is also way too thin for a quadruple. Alas.

Especially sweet sour drop light salt phenols, dark red-brown body soft white foam, flavored sugars, phenols, farmer boys in the finish, moving to dryness

Drinkable quadrupel, has everything you expect from a quadrupel. But by that I also mean that this beer has nothing special/unique going for it. A tad bland but overall good. Above average.
