Dark amber colour with a gargantuan head of foam: quite the gusher actually. Smell of caramelized smoked ham. A malty taste profile with the caramelized smoked ham again and some roast and hops. Medium to full-bodied and smooth. A nice beer, but the smoked flavour is a bit too strong in my opinion. It feels like i'm missing out on some of the other flavours.
