This barrel-aged saison is a collaboration between vineyard Montferland in Gendringen, and Bronckhorster Brewing Company in Rha, Both vineyard and brewery are situated in the (achterhoek) The Netherlands.
Fermented and conditioned in freshly emptied Souvignier gris French oak wine barrels. Pleasantly soft on the palate, with aroma’s of melon and vanilla.
This barrel-aged double saison is a lust for any connoisseur searching for the missing link between wine and beer!
Aged for 5 months in Souvignier gris (wine) barrels.
