A slightly hazy beer with a golden color and a settling head.
Smell is fresh and has a distinct citric smell. There are notes of fruit and the used Amarillo gives the beer it's characteristic smell, which is great. The yeast adds a slightly fruity character. The smell is very fresh and near the end the beer smells complex of the Perle, Saaz, Amarillo and Willamette hops. It is a mixture of resiny, fruity and herbal hops.
Taste is light and very drinkable. Once you tasted the Amarillo hops, it will immediatelly be noticed and this beer it is all around the fruity taste of the Amarillo. It has a sweet, berry, citrus taste. The other before mentioned hops are supporting but do play a role by delivering a resiny and herbal touch. The mouthfeel is just right to balance the hoppiness. The beer is not very bitter.
