Bought at a Supermarket in Olomouc (Moravia, Czech Republic). Half liter bottle poured into a Pilsener Urquell glass.

-Pours almost no head. Yellow Pilsener colour.
-Pilsener smell. Usual one.
-Sweet taste
-Light taste

Usual Pilsener. Good.

The colour is pale gold (7 EBC), the liquid is gold. The two finger head slowly sinks down to a thick white lid without leaving any lacing.

The smell is frowsy. Wet soil, old bread and hints of chemicals.

The taste is not as bad, but nearly: Sweet bread/dough, butter essence. Soil/earthy notes, hints of old fish offal. Frowsy. The aftertaste is mild with some artificial bitter notes, frowsy malts and a surprisingly strong alcohol note.

The carbonation is medium strong, the small bubbles fresh. The liquid is light.

Ugh. OK, it is 1 day past its best-before-date, but it should not taste like this anyhow.
