Bought at a Supermarket in Olomouc (Moravia, Czech Republic). Half liter bottle poured into Pilsener glass.
-Pours a fairly dark yellow for being a Pilsener. Small foam head that leaves a lot of traces. Carbonation can be seen.
-Herbal and wooden smell. Good one.
-Pilsener taste.
-Crispy feel.
Good Czech Pilsener.

The colour is pale gold (6 EBC), the liquid is clear. The fine white compact head slowly sinks down leaving some lacing.
The smell is all frowsty and off: Fish offal, dirty aquarium, moldy bread.
In the taste, the same notes returns: Unclean aquariums, mud, decaying hay.
The carbonation is medium strong, the bubbles a bit tired. The liquid is mid-light.
This beer got its best before date today. According to the brewery’s home page, the beer is bottled 90 days before that day. I cannot imagine in what way the beer has turned this bad in that short time.
