Right by the Peterborough Station the Brewery Tap is a very nicely done brewpub. The seating area is divded among two floors and the decor is quite modern and open-concept (reminded me of the Snake River Brewing Company in Jackson, WY a bit...maybe that's just me).

The selection of beer features a wide selection from Oakham Ales (visible through a glass wall) with JHB and White Dwarf regularly on cask. The food is good and well-priced although the lunch menu isn't particularly expansive. It's all thai food too which if you like it (like me) then it's fine but there isn't much in the way of alternatives. Still, a fresh change from standard British pub fare.

Well worth the visit if you're ever in Peterborough, or even just passing through (just get off the train, walk a block from the station, have a nice lunch and a few pints, and get the next train - certainly a nicer meal than the GNER dining car).
