The color is a cherry red, with a strong carbonation. Beige head, quite creamy, a bit too much bubbles on the sides.
Malty smell, and biscuit, light. With hop, maybe even american hop (hints of grapefruit). Not too bad, after all.
The taste is again on the same line, but more untied, with a feeling of incompleteness.
Again biscuit and malt in the aftertaste, with hints of red fruit. Sweet finish.
