Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with limited retention and minor lacing. Aroma of light piney notes with some tart Brett notes is unique and interesting. Taste is a nice mix of light tart notes with some Brett flavours with some pine needle notes quite clearly identifiable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting and unique spiced beer with well-balanced Brett notes.
