Bottle: Poured a clear deep amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly caramelized malt with some oak notes is quite nice. Taste is a mix of caramelized malt with limited amount of residual sugar, light grainy notes and some dominant oak notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Interesting beer which could be described as a heavily barrelled bière de garde.
