Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of spice is quite nice with notes of ginger, light cinnamon, cloves and some resin/coniferous notes. Taste is mostly dominated by the coniferous notes with light cloves and ginger notes also coming through. Malt backbone is dry and doesn’t playa huge role in the flavours profile. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not a style that usually gets me super excited but well brewed nonetheless.

Bought this beer during my vacation at Saint-Félicien during the summer of 2010.

The beer is brown/amber color. Somewhat dark. The head is timid and disappear quickly. The aroma is of medium intensity, mainly spices: Coriander, nutmeg and some others I can distinguish. A nice aroma. On the taste, spices. Lots of spices or not I can't say. Difficult to pinpoint which ones however, it is similar to the aroma. Slightly sugary. Mouthfeel is a down point since the beer is way to carbonated.
