Early 2011 Review: 0,5 l draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic: served in a dimpled mug, clear yellow with a lasting white head, slightly sweet & fruity, getting mainly banana from this as well as some peach, caramel & pils malt, herbal hops but only the smallest hint of bitterness in the finish, very clean, cut taste, medium body, very easy to drink, wonderful drink.
