Yields a clear amber color with a medium sized, spongy head atop.
Smells of melted caramel, toasted whole grain bread and dried branches.
Offers a smooth, soft mouthfeel with a well developed carbonation burst, making this utmost refreshing.
Tastes of sweet, honeyed malts, subtle, slightly spicy hops and lots of hay, making this go down smooth and soft. Has a bakers chocolate and caramel middle part, while finishing with a nice mineralic burst among lighter, leafy hops.
An old school Märzenbier with a prominent malt profile and almost no hops to speak off, resulting in an easy drinking, simple beer.
