L:. Pours a dark brown orange with a small tan head and thick rings of lacing around the glass.
S:. Notes of roasted malt, some sweet chocolate, notes of cherry and bourbon and vanilla, notes of caramel and toffee.
T:. Strong note of alcohol, almost rubbing alcohol like, notes of sweet chocolate and vanilla, toasted bread, some caramel and toffee.
F:. Smooth carb, body a little thinner than expected
O:. Like the aroma, bit the barrel aging is a little overly strong.

A bit heavy on the alc taste up front but smooth on the bourbon.
