Hops has a delicious fruit aroma with the initial flavor bite. It didn't hold the flavor for as long as I hoped, but either do most beers in this genre. Obtained in a beer trade from my friend, MJ, who was originally from Berwick. Enjoyed this 32 ounce crowler.

-growler pour within 12 hours transferred to spiegelau ipa glass.
A: Steady pace of strong effervesce within a coppery orange colored body. A very nice two finger, solid frothy-foam head, champagne white head sits atop with a lasting visual appeal. Full sheet coating all the way down the vessel.
S: Fresh orange slices and fresh wild flowers on the nose mingle with some sweet citrus and pale straw-dried grains on the trail. Aroma is fresh, light, a bit under average per style, but is very approachable with a long standing duration. Not picking up any of the dry hopping on the nose.
T: Nicely bitter, dry flowery hops, there you go, mid to above par ibu's with a nice dried orange flower hopping with some dry pine to boot. Malty backbone, toasted grains, nice dry hop leave, flowery soft grapefruit rounds things out.
M: Medium-heavy body, good fullness on the tongue, warming flowery bitterness increases with time.
O: Nicely bitter, dry hopped with a good malty backbone. Very drinkable, a growler seems like a teaser, sweet smelling aroma though could use some more late additions, with a lingering hop presence long after the swallow. Hops pack a punch late in the game, very good recommend. Berwick seems to be ramping up thier ipa's of lately with a stronger then usual showing and they are priced just right to move. get some.
